Leading North American Managed Services Platform Now Available to UK Solution Providers
Level Platforms invites UK solution providers to join the largest global community of MSPs serving the small and mid sized marketplace
March 28, 2007
ChannelExpo, Birmingham, UK, March 28, 2007 – LPI Level Platforms Inc. today announced the full availability of its award winning managed services platform to UK solution providers.
The dozens of UK solution providers that have already chosen Level Platforms based on word-of-mouth will now benefit from enhanced training, technical and business support as well as in-country marketing through its extensive alliance program including the recently announced MSP Partners training programs. The tens of thousands of solution providers, VARs and IT consultants that service the IT infrastructure of small and mid sized businesses (SMBs) in the UK will now have the benefit of Level Platforms award winning software, training and support to accelerate their profitable transition to managed services.
Level Platforms current and in-progress UK program enhancements include modified technical and partner development materials, updated training, appointment of Partner Development Managers with UK experience, expanded pricing in pounds and Euros and the introduction of extended support hours.
“While we have been enormously successful in North America, we understand that UK solutions providers and their end customers have their own unique requirements,” said Greg Henderson, Director of International Development with Level Platforms. “Working with our partners in the UK we are fine tuning our extensive library of training and go-to-market branded materials to enhance the transferability of our success-proven technology and training programs.”
Managed services has been sweeping the North American solution provider community. By adopting remote monitoring and management technology, solution providers can achieve significantly reduced service costs, improve customer response, increase product sales and high margin, long term recurring revenues. Level Platforms has led that transition, growing from its first sale in 2004 to become the global leader with well over 2000 solution provider Partners today.
“In a recent survey done of solution providers in the UK, managed services was identified as being in the top issues for them to focus on in 2007,” said Alison Say, Director of International Sales for CMP Group. “Yet there is also a lack of clarity in the market as to exactly what managed services are. The need for a combination of education, ease of entry and gradual adoption of managed services by solution providers specific to their market is critical to success.”
As part of Level Platforms launch, MSP Partners, an alliance of the leading global IT vendors, also announced that membership in MSP Partners is now also available to UK solution providers. MSP Partners provides comprehensive training resources for solution providers considering managed services for their small and mid sized customers.
