Thousands of Level Platforms Partners Witness the Unveiling of Managed Workplace 2011

Ottawa, ON, Canada – December 15, 2010 – Level Platforms Inc. today presented the most significant software release in its history, Managed Workplace® 2011, to thousands of Partners in over thirty countries via a global online conference. Level Platforms executives demonstrated the extensive new features and resulting business opportunities of Managed Workplace 2011, now available as a release candidate. Managed Workplace is the award winning remote monitoring and management software used by thousands of solution providers around the world to deliver managed services to their small and mid-sized customers.
This major release delivers new functionality and capabilities that build on Level Platforms' commitment and leadership in helping MSPs manage their customers' successful adoption and use of information technology. New features address the proliferation of mobile and new on-premise technologies as well as the wave of cloud computing alternatives entering the market. The introduction of Automation OnDemand, the most comprehensive automation platform available, now allows MSPs to lower costs and maintain their competitive advantage.

Key features of Managed Workplace 2011 include:
Device Manager: Allows the monitoring of Windows devices that are out of reach of Onsite Manager (including roaming laptops, servers in remote offices or data centers, kiosks, small home offices and clients with no server or peer-to-peer networks). The Device Manager is quickly downloaded and installed with a single click and can be branded to enhance the visibility of an MSPs offerings to clients. With the hybrid architecture of Managed Workplace 2011, Managed Services Providers can scale deployment scenarios and environments to meet all customer needs with unmatched security, ease of use and flexibility.
Automation on Demand: Managed Workplace 2011 introduces a comprehensive Automation on Demand capability leveraging a variety of standard scripting techniques and libraries. Automated tasks can be assigned to multiple devices or groups and used as alert actions or to generate alerts on the standard output result. Level Platforms’ script library includes 150+ scripts.
Deep Asset Scanning: Newly discovered devices are automatically scanned for assets so there is no waiting for scheduled scans. MSPs can now request an instant update for any device, refreshing all the information in less than two minutes as well as access the most extensive asset collection in the industry.
Cloud Management: New cloud management enhancements help MSPs monitor the entire SMB environment including on premise devices, the cloud and their interactions.
Usability Enhancements: Hundreds of usability enhancements and top requests as voted by Level Platforms partners help make Managed Workplace 2011 the most intuitive and comprehensive remote monitoring and management software available.
