Bidirectional integration with Microsoft CRM enables Managed Workplace to send alerts and tickets to CRM and track changes made in CRM as well as to clear alerts and tickets within the Managed Workplace application including self healed alert synchronization.
Autotask
Bidirectional integration with Autotask allows Managed Workplace to send alerts and tickets to Autotask and track changes made there as well as to clear alerts and tickets within the Managed Workplace application including self healed alert synchronization. Deep linking from within Managed Workplace easily allows users to access cases without leaving the Service Center interface. Managed Workplace provides asset collection for Autotask and deep linking from within Autotask (i.e. to remote control) makes using both system seamless to the user.
ConnectWise
Bidirectional integration with ConnectWise enables Managed Workplace to send alerts and tickets to ConnectWise PSA and track changes made in ConnectWise as well as to close or clear alerts and tickets within the Managed Workplace application including self healed alert synchronization. Deep linking from within Managed Workplace easily allows users to access cases without leaving the Service Center interface or vice versa. Managed Workplace populates the ConnectWise Configuration tabs with asset data. From the user perspective the two applications function seamlessly.
OnForce
Web services enabled integration allowing users to create an OnForce work order from any alert or Trouble Ticket within Managed Workplace and provide back to Managed Workplace the work order number used by OnForce.
TigerPaw
Email based integration enables Managed Workplace to send alert information to TigerPaw to create tickets.
