Managed Workplace monitors all IP based devices at a customer’s site based on industry based best-practice monitoring policies supplied via the Managed Workplace template library or via custom rules designed by you. Strong and reliable remote monitoring provided through Managed Workplace allows you to become proactive and eliminate problems before they occur.Monitoring setup is simple with an easy-to-use auto-discovery utility coupled with pre-defined best practice management policy modules (templates). Managed Workplace allows for customized monitoring based on specific devices and applications, to meet an individual VAR or IT service provider's business requirements.
Monitoring of all critical network components such as workstations, servers, applications, websites, network services, network devices (i.e. firewalls and routers) are all available through industry based standards and protocols (WMI, SNMP, Syslog, NetBios, ICMP, XML, etc) used widely within a typical network environment.
